A few weeks ago I saw a tweet and its changed how I read output from my agents (both in the chat itself but also in the artifacts that the agent produces like pull requests or plans).
You can get LLMs to write good non-AI-slop-sounding technical documentation by requiring them to adhere to ADS-STE100 Simplified Technical English

At first I thought this was a meme, and something made up, but it seemed to have an immediate improvement in the output from the agent.
The only trade off that I've discovered with it is that it sometimes reads a bit too curt or concise, using incredibly short sentences.
I wouldn't recommend it for all copy use cases, but to trim down the agent's own responses or simple technical artifacts like pull request descriptions, it's great!
